From Carol and Bob S.: Thanks to the generosity of our Meeting, diapers, diaper wipes and diaper ointment totaling $690 were donated. These items were transported by Bob S. and Carol R. to Re-Member.org on the Oglala Lakota reservation on Pine Ridge and will be distributed to families there. Click HEREfor a nifty photo. From Lo: I am very grateful to all of you who cheerfully helped our hosting of the Colorado Regional spring gathering to go smoothly. My few moments of apprehension beforehand were for naught. With positive attitudes, you set up chairs, tables and technology, instructed confused individuals on where to park, managed to make coffee even when the coffee pot kept overflowing, organized the voluminous food that kept appearing, quieted interruptions on Zoom, swept and mopped the floor, took out the trash, figured out how the chair caddy worked, provided tasty food, handled the finances, and so much more. Special thanks to Bob Shively for painting a meaningful land acknowledgement picture and the detailed introduction of Will. * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * —- If you would like an item to be considered for inclusion in the Weekly Update, please send the exact wording by 10:00 am Thursday to these two email addresses: musichealsit@gmail.com and chacocanyonlr@gmail.com.
